GENDER-DIVERSE COSMETIC TREATMENTS
Individualised care. Natural results. A discreet approach.

Images behind a cloudy front.jpg

Some people start their cosmetic medicine journey with a clear goal.  Others just know that certain features feel out of alignment, and they want a calm, medically grounded conversation about what is possible.

At ALLOR, we provide cosmetic treatments for transgender and gender-diverse people in a way that is respectful, private, and focused on your individual goals.  There is no one “right” outcome. Some people want subtle softening.  Others want stronger definition. Some want a more traditionally feminine or masculine balance. Some prefer something in between.

Our role is to provide clarity.  We explain what treatments can realistically achieve, what they cannot change, and what a safe plan might look like for your face and anatomy.

A Kind, Respectful Environment

ALLOR is a doctor-led cosmetic medicine clinic with a quiet, private setting.  Many people seeking gender-aligned cosmetic care value discretion, realism, and straightforward explanations.

You will not be asked to justify your identity.  You will not be judged or pushed towards any particular aesthetic.  We focus on your goals, your facial structure and what is safe and achievable with non-surgical treatment.

If you would like us to use a specific name and pronouns, you can simply tell us.  We will follow your preference.

How Treatment Planning Works

Gender-aligned cosmetic treatment is not a template.  It is a plan built around three things.

How treatment planning works.jpg

Your Goal

What feels most important to change, and what would feel like a meaningful improvement.

Your Anatomy

Bone structure, muscle strength, skin thickness, facial proportions, and how your features move at rest and in expression.

Your Tolerance For Change

Some people want changes that no one can detect.  Others want more visible results.  We plan treatment to match your comfort level, not someone else’s idea of what you “should” do.

In many cases, the best outcomes come from a staged approach.  Small, deliberate changes are easier to control, easier to adjust and usually look more natural over time.

Treatments That May Be Considered

The right treatments depend on what you are trying to achieve.  During a consultation, we will explain what each option is designed to do, where its limitations are and whether it is likely to add value for you.

Botulinum Toxin

Botulinum toxin can be used to soften specific muscle patterns that influence expression, tension or facial shape.  The aim is balance and control, not an over-relaxed or “frozen” look.

Treatment is planned conservatively, with careful attention to how your face moves and how you want to be perceived.

Dermal Filler

Dermal filler can be used to support structure, adjust proportions, or change how specific facial features are perceived.  In gender-diverse care filler may be used to create subtle refinement or more noticeable change, depending on your goals and what is anatomically appropriate.

At ALLOR, the focus is on outcomes that suit your facial structure and respect your anatomy with the utmost ethical care and integrity.

Filler may be considered to help with:

  • Lip shape or fullness, where a softer or more prominent lip profile feels more aligned with your goals

  • Cheek structure, to add mid-face support or create stronger contour and projection

  • Jawline definition, to refine angles or re-balance a heavier lower face by adjusting overall facial proportions, depending on the outcome you are seeking

  • Overall facial balance, where certain features feel visually dominant or out of proportion

It is important to understand that dermal filler does not reduce bone or muscle size, so a thorough, staged approach is needed and can be discussed in more detail at your initial consultation.

Not every request is suited to a single treatment session and some changes are best built gradually to maintain safety, control and natural results.  We will be clear if a filler request is unlikely to deliver the effect you are hoping for, or if it carries a higher risk of looking unbalanced or unnatural.

Collagen-Support and Skin Quality Treatments

For many people, gender alignment is not only about shape.  Skin quality can significantly affect how the face is read. Texture, hydration, redness, pores, and overall luminosity can change the way features look, even when volume and structure stay the same.

Depending on your skin and your goals, options may include:

  • Collagen-support treatments

  • Hydration-focused injectable skin treatments

  • Skincare and treatments to minimise pores and acne

  • Microneedling

  • Carefully selected chemical peels

The aim is to support skin function and tolerance.  Treatment focuses on calmer skin, improved texture and more consistent behaviour over time.

Clinical Scope and Boundaries

ALLOR provides non-surgical cosmetic medical treatments within a clearly defined clinical scope.  Our role is to assess whether treatment is appropriate.  We explain what is realistically achievable and support informed decision-making based on anatomy and safety.

We provide cosmetic medicine treatments such as injectables and skin therapies.  We offer clear guidance on outcomes, limitations and potential risks.  Treatment planning is conservative and guided by informed consent and realistic expectations.

Some aspects of gender-affirming care sit outside cosmetic medicine.  We do not prescribe or manage hormone therapy.  We do not provide surgical gender-affirming procedures.  We do not diagnose gender dysphoria.  We do not replace specialist gender or mental health services.

If a request falls outside our clinical scope we will explain this openly and help you consider the most appropriate next step or referral.

A Thoughtful First Step

A consultation at ALLOR can be as simple as a conversation.  It is an opportunity to understand what is possible.  It also helps clarify what is unlikely to add value and what a safe plan could look like.

There is no expectation that treatment is necessary.  There is no obligation to proceed.

Book a consultation when you feel ready.  We will take it from there.
