WHERE TO START
Understanding your condition is the first step to managing it. If you’re unsure whether your headaches are migraines, talk to your GP or visit a health provider experienced in neurological or pain-related conditions.
Chronic migraine is defined as having 15 or more headache days per month for more than 3 months, with at least 8 of those days featuring migraine characteristics.
